We ask our clients to clear all their doubts before signing the employment contract. We ensure that ourcustomers deliver quality products within the promised time frame for a long-term relationship.
If the customer is unfortunately not satisfied with our service, the customer can request a refund at anytime. We want our customers to leave satisfied and happy, so in this case we will give them all ourcooperation. We have established and will abide by a return and cancellation policy for such situations. OUR REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We stand behind our word and will refund your money if the customer is not satisfied within 30 days.
We are an e-commerce and digital marketing company that provides services related to accountmanagement (Flipkart sellers, Amazon sellers, etc.), advertising, SEO, SMO and marketing campaigns.
According to our commitment, we will do our best to use the best resources to provide quality service toour customers.
If the customer is not satisfied with the initial design, we will refund 50% of the money received from thecustomer.
We will refund 100% only if we do not start the project on time as promised. If the customer cancels thecontract within 24 hours of sending the money to Unique Tech Solution, they can request a full refund.
Returns can take up to 7 business days to process and will be credited to the account upon request for arefund or credited directly to the customer's bank account.
In case of payment by credit card, the refund will be paid to the credit card used for the payment; If paidthrough a payment gateway, the refund will be made to the same bank.
Unique Tech Solution is not responsible for tax returns as taxes are imposed by the government, socustomers are advised to file a claim with the government agency.
Customers who request returns or cancellations, please send an e-mail to contact@uniquetechsolution.com or send a request to our address. Requests will be processed as soon aspossible according to standard procedures by our finance department and management. Customers willbe informed for further actions. If information or clarification is required to complete the return process, ourfinance department will contact the customer within 7 days.
